Hospitality and Catering Laboratory

The Hospitality and Catering Laboratory supports the training activities carried out in the Teaching Restaurant and Kitchen, while also cooperating with the Office for the Provision of Outside Services in all the events held in and outside the School. Its main functions are:

─ Supporting the general training activities in the Teaching Restaurant and Kitchen, where students put into practice the operational skills associated with the kitchen/lounge and bar/cafeteria services;
— Welcoming and accompanying technical visits to the facilities (from other schools, researchers, potential clients);
— Monitoring the various existing services and tasks;
— Cooperating with and giving support to all the events held in and outside the School.
