It advertises research-related funding opportunities, and has the following functions and responsibilities:

─ Managing the production and providing support to the publication of specific documents;
─ Supporting applications for research and knowledge transfer projects;
─ Creating and maintaining a funding alert system for national and international research opportunities;
─ Providing editorial support to publications (including papers and monographs) edited by the organic units.
