In the course proposals should be define (filling the form in attachment):
- course name
- short description of the course (between 100 and 200 words)
- main objectives (up to 4 objectives)
- programmatic content (main topics)
- necessary material resources (laboratories, software and/or specific hardware, etc.)
- evaluation methods
- responsible teacher
- other teacher, if applicable
- main bibliographic references (up to 3 references)
Additional information:
Foreign teachers can propose a full course by himself or in cooperation with other colleagues of the same university or other international universities, or they can propose to collaborate in the courses that ESHT already proposes (this list is ongoing):

ESHT offering conditions to foreign teachers:
- Paying the visiting teacher for accommodation and lunch in a university hall of residence for the teaching period (any travelling companion costs are not included).
- At the end of the course, ESHT will issue a certificate to the visiting teacher stating the title of the course, the number of hours and credits taught.
- For those universities eligible for Erasmus+ funds, ESHT will help selected applicants obtain funding from their home universities under the Erasmus mobility for teaching. To this end, it will sign an inter-institutional agreement, a letter of invitation, a teaching assignment, and a certificate of the teaching visit, or a letter of invitation as a visiting researcher, as required.
